How far in advance should I book my event?
We request at least 7 days notice for booking our Mobile Kitchen.
Please note, during the spring and summer months we are very busy with weddings and events! We highly recommend that you make your booking a few months in advance to guarantee your dates.
What types of events does Karen’s serve?
Karen’s Kitchen serves nearly any sort of event, including weddings, family reunions, church events, graduations, corporate/office events, school events, and more! As a family run business with a strong sense of community, we must decline any invitations to cater at late-night music clubs, strip clubs, or protests.
What is the minimum order for a food truck event?
The minimum order for having our Mobile Kitchen come to your event is $600, either in sales or deposit.
What forms of payment does the food truck accept?
Karen’s Mobile Kitchen Food Truck accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and payments via Cash App.
Is there a travel fee?
We only charge a travel fee for events outside of Columbia. Call us for more information.
When is the payment for the food truck due?
We will ask for a $300 deposit at the time of placing your order, and the full amount must be paid 5 days before the event.
What is your cancellation policy / Is my deposit refundable?
We offer 100% refunds up to 46 days before your event. Within 45-31 days of the event we offer a 50% refund of your deposit. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds on deposits for cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled event.
